Located in a strategic position in Esenyurt, the project offers an infrastructure that provides operational advantages to companies in an area with intensive production and logistics activities. The development that started with TEM 34 Esenyurt 1 has grown with the second phase, which was launched due to high interest, reaching a total of approximately 200,000 m² of covered area and becoming a comprehensive industrial center.
The project offers independent unit options ranging from 400 m² to 25,000 m², creating flexible usage opportunities that meet the needs of businesses operating at different scales. Floor heights ranging from 7 to 10 meters, column spans of 9–10 meters, and wide corridor structures enable efficient execution of production, storage, and logistics processes. Each floor has independent truck entry, a heavy load carrying capacity, and a 180 kVa energy infrastructure for 1000 m² area, providing a strong technical infrastructure for sectors requiring high production capacity. Truck maneuver ramps and spacious operational areas increase the speed and safety of logistics processes, while the project's location offers easy access to industrial and transportation axes.
